We caught one middle sized turtle. And only one. It was a boy. We know because we looked. If it has two dots it is a girl. If it has no dots, it is a boy. One of Ethan's friends told us that. We use kayaks in the swamp instead of swimming.
Today we went swimming and went in the paddle boat cause we didn't swim in the icky water. We used a kayak to go in the middle of the lake and swim.

We rescued a turtle today, it was trying to cross the street to the North Star pond. A minute after we carried him to pond a car drive by right where he had been. The kids named him Spike.

ReplyDeleteToday I saw a big frog in my shrubbery. I also saw three little bunnies. They are wild! The bunnies love my shrubs but have fallen into the window wells. They were jumping against Sarah's bedroom window and kept her awake. Ken had to crawl down there and get them out! Have you seen other wildlife?
We saw frogs, cats, dogs, eagle, fish, worms, tadpoles, minnows, wild turkey, baby dogfish, and thats all that I remember.
